This sandwich was great I ordered a large and it was truly large big enough for two meals. The bread was soft and it was made as I requested with lots of meat and veggies. When they get it right it's truly right

My husband always gets the Smokehouse Cheddar Brisket. I've had a bite and it's really good! My go to is the Italian Sub (no mustard). The subs are really good and fairly consistent, so we know what we're getting. They even have a meatball sub that my finicky son will eat! The optional side pickle spears are flavorful, but too soft for my liking. Firehouse is one of our favorite sub shops!

TINY amount of meat on Steamer! And the onions on Beef & Cheddar were basically raw (supposed to be caramelized).

Firehouse changed their sub rolls to a much smaller size roll. The Cup Chicken Dumpling soup didn't have many dumplings.
