EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this store they get my order wrong. I ordered an cookie, it wasn't there. They replaced in with oyster crackers. I always order a pickle, sometimes I get it, most times I don't. And the sandwich I usually get was smaller than normal. LOVE the sandwich...hate the service.

This Hook & Ladder sub was made perfectly to my instructions (leave off some items, add extra cheese). The sub was so very delicious!!!
The oatmeal cookies are my favorite and look forward to having it later.

Far too overpriced for what it is. Did I order it? Yes. But I rarely do these days because a footlong sub isn't worth almost $20. That's a full meal with steak at a decent restaurant. To charge the same for a sandwich.... Not too great.

The smoked Turkey breast & bread are soooo good. Unfortunately, they didnt notice my order & my dasher was there waiting for almost 30 mins before he asked about my order & found out they didn't even know they had an order.

It was good kinda soggy but I didn't eat it right away only reason it's not 5 stars was there were a lot of mushrooms. First time getting them on my sandwich and I didn't love it because of how much mushrooms was on it. Also the sprite was very much not in a bottle and very much so in a cup..?
