the Italian™ was perfect! the meats were all heated and even. the vegetables were fresh and the bread was perfect. we agreed this is the best Italian sub available in town

My sandwich was quite tasty; though it did have a bit more of an onion taste than I would prefer. The menu indicated onions were included and the amount was not unusual. Overall, it was a very good sandwich!! I recommend it! The potato soup was very cheesy and flavorful.

Firehouse is pretty good, but I really wish this location would learn that a sandwich should be a sandwich not a wet salad.
Every time I get a sandwich from this place it's a soggy mess. It's still good, but they put too much sauce on and overload the bread to the point it all falls apart.
Don't order unless you are ready to sit down with a fork and knife to eat your "sandwich".

The sandwich was delicious. And it was packed full of toppings that were dripping off the side absolutely add the gravy to your order. But they didn't send a single napkin or fork with the order. Any order that comes with gravy should come with a napkin

My veggie sandwich was AMAZING!! It's been a while since I've had Firehouse Subs, and I haven't ordered much in the past. "Jersey Mikes" was always my go-to when I lived in the Dallas area, but Firehouse Subs was so good tonight! Wish you guys did wraps like "Jersey Mikes" and had more sides (chips, fries, etc.). If you did you'd be PERFECT!!
