First Watch is one of my favorites! you definitely tell the quality and freshness of everything they have. the Farmhouse hash is a particular favorite of mine, it never disappoints. the price may seem like its a little much, but its 100% worth every penny!

worst experience.
avocado was black as soon as I got the food. (not fresh at all)
egg was not overeasy. it actually was brown fried on 1 side and very well cooked inside.
Elevated Egg Sandwich , picture if when I saw the egg. and I had already scraped off the avocado.
i would not order this again.

The Cheesy Grits had no cheese. I ordered 2 orders, so that was disappointing. The half order of Biscuit and Gravy- the gravy was delicious as usual but the biscuit wasn't warm and heated on the griddle like last time and it really impacted the order. After 2 failed orders in a row I won't be trying them again.

Banana Brittle French Toast was very dry. it looked delicious but had no syrup or caramel sauce, too salty, razor thin banana slice. clashing flavors tasted fresh basil leaves on top. not tasting like banana brittle or french toast.
Chickichanga® for my neurodiv. son & he loved it but did not appreciate a burrito left open on the bottom. he'd order again. I will not.
Banana Brittle French Toast should have some sweetness just looking at the name, it should be dec a dent!

I absolutely love First Watch, BUT the moral of the story here is... don't ever order take out from a restaurant that's preparing to close. I ordered at 2:10, and FW closes at 2:30. The eggs were the only things in my breakfast that were freshly made. Everything else was old and stale... cold over cooked sausage, stale toast, and burned cold old potatoes. The upside is that FW recognized what they were sending me, so they included a $20 gift card! I greatly appreciate the fact they were full-on aware that I was getting a third- rate meal.
