Monster of a burger. This cheeseburger is always amazing. it's huge and always fresh! I will order it again and again!

The delivery was outstandingly fast, kudos to the driver. The food arrived hot and smelled amazing. Took my food to the breakroom to eat, opened hpthe BLT; perfection like normal. Went to take a sip of the shake, just a plain vanilla shake ad wrong size. Ordered a large double stuff Oreo shake. Sounded good, but I'll never know now. Burger didnt seem fully cooked. Ill give Five Guys another chance

Order your food on the direct website, especially if it's a small order. If you dash, pickup or delivery, they will slow play the order out of spite. Anytime I've ordered online directly through Five Guys, the customer service and food is great. However, anytime I've dashed for both pickup and delivery, it's like the workers are upset; I have a few assumptions why this is occurring but ultimately I don't know why. I understand having a high volume of orders and being overwhelmed, but being rude to DoorDash customers is a strange behavior/flex. Food was good, but make sure you do it in person or directly through their site.

wow amazing. was so good i ate the second burger cold the next day. been craving it since so i will order again. it was still warm and the lettuce was crisp. big burger.
