THE BUGER WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!It was soo juicy. The fries were good as well n I got a lot of fries but Ian complainin😂.The milkshake was good too. 10/10

I ordered a large fry and they gave me a small fry. The portion was definitely put in a small bag for the smaller fries. It's frustrating because I paid good money for the large one and didn't get that.

This is the second time they've given me half of the amount of fries that they should have, and when fries cost $8, that's a big deal. Not only that, but I was mostly bothered by the fact that one of the employees knowingly handed me cold fries.

I received my grilled cheese melt with lettuce (not requested). Also the bread was burnt on one side and the other side missing the grill altogether. The patties (given 2 and wanted (paid) for 1) weren't seasoned either. Disappointed as I was looking foward to a good grilled cheese with bacon and a hamburger patty.

The fries didn't taste like fresh cut potatoes and were more like frozen fries that were overcooked. My burger was made incorrectly and quality was simply lacking. Nothing about my meal was reflective of the Five Guys meal I'm accustomed to.
