I used to have such a problem with their fry containers... I hated them and couldn't have been the only one. Since I went to Quebec, I noticed they were using paper fry bags for them which was so much better. This one is using those too now and it's the far better package for them.
Burger today was cooked perfectly (not burnt), made exactly how I ordered... and fries were excellent as well. Thank you very much for another great meal when I really had no interest in cooking tonight.

I'm going to stop buying their fries. The fries taste hard and stale. Microwaving them helps after you get them but if I pay $7 for fries, they shouldn't be this stale. That's twice in the last two weeks. Burger was great but not the fries. Stay away from those

My burger was good as usual. However, the Fries had way too much seasoning. Each bite was like taking in a spoon full of seasoning and salt. I couldn't even taste or feel the texture of the fries. There was no extra scoop of fries in the bag. With prices, this high you do notice when you get less than expected. I will say that this is the third time when ordering for delivery that the amount of fries was less than when going in.

The bacon cheese burger didn't have any bacon on it and it was raw
Along with that the Cajun fries didn't have any Cajun on it.
