$11 for a burger that seems to shrinking in this economy. And the bun was stale and hard. Fries were decently portioned but something has been off with the burgers the last few months.

way too many fries that weee extremely greasy, too dark and too salty, HB was okay, worth $12 and $7 for fries, no way.

The onions were barely grilled. Just a few mushrooms, no taste of the A-1 sauce. Poorly packaged so the fires were spilled inside the bag. A disappointment in comparison to past orders.

On the evening of Saturday, May 10th, I placed an order that cost me $60. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
The order arrived incomplete, and what did arrive was of very poor quality. My wife and I ended up having to eat two poorly packaged burgers and a handful of burnt, blackened fries — hardly what we expected for the price we paid. To be honest, the presentation and condition of the food were so bad that it felt like something no one would serve to anyone, even for free — let alone to paying customers.
What was supposed to be an enjoyable night was ruined. I feel disrespected and frustrated by the lack of care and quality.
I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure no other customer goes through this experience.
