Five Guys are what burger places should be like. Good food. Good prices. An abundance of fries, great shakes. I highly recommend it for a change from the corporate burger chains.

The burgers were asked to be well done, called ahead of pick up, and even asked in person and they were pink. They tasted alright but not as fresh as one would hope. Ended up going back to get the plain burger recooked, got a new burger and was cooked the same and being pink inside.

This is the only time I've ever felt the need to write a review. I ordered pick up and someone already came through before me and stole my order, thankfully the staff was incredibly kind and understanding and remade the food quickly and apologized for the mishap. It was very professional and incredibly kind, highly recommended this restaurant.

I purchased $85 of food for the first time with them. the milkshakes were completely melted and I was right next to the store. all the $7 cups of fries were upside down in the same bag. The store didn't care to package them right side up in a seperate bag. very disappointed. The price point was way too high to have worse then mcdonalds service. I paid $85 for a small amount of food for 1 adult and 3 kids. one child is a toddler. the grilled cheese for my toddler was horrible quality. smooshed so badly I had no idea it was a sandwich and not a soggy piece of bread.
