The grilled cheese/ burger was so yummy! Wish you could get a second patty added to it so it was more filling but the flavor is phenomenal

Little Cheeseburger always good no matter where in country you are. A little is a regular size burgerif you get the "cheeseburger" its got two patties and gets too greeasy.
Regular Fries these were uncooked and soft and limp. Usually order five guys for the fries I was disappointed.
would order the burger again but skip the fries.

My husband was supposed to get the full size bacon cheeseburger at over $14, and his came smaller than mine, so it must have been a little one as well. He also didn't get half of his toppings. There was no barbecue or bacon on it, which would've been his two favorite parts. Was trying to surprise him, but it fell short due to their errors at the store. Please make this right - thanks.

So My fries were dang near burnt. It seems that what the employees did was grabbed some old fries and re-fried them and sent them along the way. I would have rather they weren't double fried, and the grilled veggies have been barely cooked. Never have I had these problems when I order in person.

When I lived in uptown, I swear we would always eat five guys haha the BLT for me is always fire, i heard the burgers are great, and so are the milkshakes, especially with strawberries and whipped cream. This round, I actually tried the new Oreo crème mix in, with strawberries and whipped cream, of course. Sadly, I didn't get my strawberries inside it, I would know lol. *tear* I'll have to go in person next time to make sure it gets done, I know those two combos would be fire as well! Overall, five guys is always good!!
