First time ordering here--my honest review--Pork chops meal with Mac n cheese was hot and delicious. Nice portions. Not a fan of the collards. Diet Coke canned drink was flat and disgusting, can was banged up .... bottom of can shows best by date a year ago. I'll order food here again just not a drink.

To say this food was amazing is literally an understatement it's the absolute best Baked Chicken(white) I've ever had so juicy and tender seasoned to perfection & the yams!! The Fried Chicken Wings and Potato Salad were delicious. The Yams were undercooked but had fantastic flavor, and the cabbage tasted like it was seasoned with oregano, which was unexpected. The Banana Pudding was a NO! I will say that I am a custard Banana Pudding girl and not a box pudding girl. Would I eat here again? Yes! I just wouldn't order the cabbage or banana pudding again. Also the serving size was huge which makes the price well worth it.

My 1st time trying this new "Soul Food Restaraunt... Everything was cooked to perfection!
Had the Fried Pork Chop, great seasoning, which was Center Cut, wasn't greasy dripping in it, so crunchy it would raise you BP!!! Mac n Chz, the best, and of course blkeyes which were perfect. Enjoyed every bite & enough Food for me to have 2 meals...Of course I understand that depends on the individual but I'm 67 & I have to watch what I eat w/ my BP! So I got the pleasure of enjoyong 2 meals in one order, not of the ordinary.. Perfect for a 1 tine eat it all meal if you're lucky not to have health issues.HaHa 😄 Thanks Forever Family. Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🤶💖

I appreciate that the restaurant called to advise an item was not available! A few minor things my sweet potatoes were over cooked taste like they were burnt. I wish I would have known that I needed to order cornbread too for my greens 101! Turkey wings, rice and gravy all get 10's very flavorful
