Was excellent quality no skin not bones. FRANCISCA CHICKEN BOWL had chicken ,rice, grilled plantains all excellent . Chicken was very tender and had lots of flavor

I ordered this soup often because in actuality it is a good flavored soup. The issue is the inconsistency with the ingredients. Either the meat portion is too small or you'll get loads of carrots and potatoes and nothing else other than a very small piece of corn on the cob. I've called and talked to a manager before to share this but every time I've ordered, is the same. With takeout orders, they should be more mindful of what they're serving to make sure there's more variety of everything.

I ordered half a chicken and it was undercooked. I ate a small portion before realizing the inside was still raw, as shown in the photo. This is a serious food safety concern, especially for a meal that cost over $30. Very disappointing and concerning experience.
