It's true, they really serve one of the better Mongolian Beef(only rice)!!! I'm addicted and would get this weekly if i could. Its a no frills, dont go looking for "chinese" panda express type of flavored mongolian. Its basic - chili oil/peppers, some light umami sauce & green/white onions. Thats it. Simple & thats how it should be. Spiciness is very tolerable and balanced. I appreciate the meat to "veg" ratio. Beef is tender and moist. Food came hot despite delivery, it was impressively fresh. They do well here and am a repeat customer amongst their other food items. Keep it up Frannie! Yall are doing it right!

I had to come through for the Katsu Chicken and Fried Fish combo with the extra scoop of Mac ... and of course the Arizona mucho mango tea on the side.
Let me start by saying biting into the katsu chicken is perfect , the right amount of crisp crunch with a taste that only frannie's can do. Soft and even better with bbq sauce. Frannie's macaroni salad is pure with each bite telling you to go in for another paired with rice making it a dynamic duo did I mention that you get vegetables too EAT your vegetables! Now for this fried fish , oh my great creator of the universe the fish is delicious there's something In it I can't explain , just so good so gooood.
I personally wouldn't have Hawaiian bbq anywhere except maybe Hawaii at this point

Not like the Frannies at the Hayward locations. Portions and quality are not even close. Maybe it's better earlier in the day I guess but going by this experience, I will not order again. I ordered extra piece chicken katsu too and it was delivered to my house with the bag untied and the box open. Looked like someone ate some. The salt and pepper fish look like it was deep fried in burnt oil.

east bay gem. 😍 I order from here all the time. very good portion sizes if you are on a budget. food arrives super fresh and tasty consistently.
