i almost didn't biy itbecause these health foodplaces can be stingy with the portons, but then i saw the reviews and no cap yall! very good amountof food in a bowl. they pack it to the top. also they did not add too many cacao chips not I get a nice chocolate boost but it doesn't overpower all the other goodies! also the bananas and other fruit are ripe but not 'about to rot' ripe. very well done, well worth the money.

The bowls are packed full everytime and super filling. So fresh and so amazing. Enough for two people - we always split it! The juice is SO good too!!
