My daughter has a peanut allergy and this location went above ad beyond for both her meal and dessert. Packed the ice cream separately and wrote it on the bag. Appreciate it so much. Of course the food was hot and delicious

Pickup took a really long time. The entire order before mine was wrong, so they paused grabbing my order for another 15 minutes or so to remake that order.
By the time they finished making my ice cream, my food was unfortunately pretty cold. Fries and loaded fries were cold to the point that the cheese sauce was blobby and gross. Would've all been yummy otherwise.
They also forgot something so I had to go back in, too.
The staff was SO nice and friendly and apologetic :) so I'd come back and give this location another try. But I strongly recommend checking your food before leaving if you're picking up!!

I ordered a Retro Royal Banana Split. Instead of the Retro Royal Banana Split prepared in a flat container, everything was stuffed into a round container. Couldn't even see the bananas. Barely, if any chocolate syrup. Just a poor way to prepare this ice cream. It's no wonder Friendly's isn't doing business as the used to. Where is the manager overseeing how ice cream is prepared. They take your hard earned money and in return you get ice cream stuffed in an improper container.
