Food was tasty, fresh, and warm. My only complaint was the portion of Mashed Potatoes & Gravy , 4 good sized bites worth for that price is a little rediculous. only 2nd time this has happened out of probably 20 orders, so didn't take a star. Other than that, everything I ate was great! The Alaskan Cod Sandwich is really good and always comes with good size fish fillets, for a fast food place.

Alaskan Cod Sandwich was perfect. Arrived hot and they made it with my specifications added accurately. Hot Fudge Cake was generously portioned and great tasting. Everything was packed well.

Big Boy burger was very burnt, to the point I could only take 2 bites (that had crunchy parts). Good portion of Mashed Potatoes & Gravy that were excellent tasting, hot and good quality (both the potatoes and the home style beef gravy). They gave me a generously portioned and tasty hot Hot Fudge Cake sundae. It filled the whole conatiner, as did the Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. Would've given 3 stars due to how bad the Big Boy was but they earned one back with how well they did my sides and dessert.

Everything was accurate and well prepared. My specialized Big Boy was good! Gave me plenty of Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and they were nice and hot upon arrival.

Big Boy was slightly burnt, lukewarm at best, and very dry. Was made accurately according to my special selections and edible though. Steamed Broccoli was perfect. Hot, fresh, well steamed.
