Pulled Pork with Mac and a side of Cole slaw
The pulled pork is very tender and was pulled to bite size chunks and of course still had some straggly bits. The sauce is more on the sweet side. If there were spice options, I didn't specify but overall very tasty. I think a bun or bread will really compliment the flavor.
Serving size, I would say I received about 2 cups of pulled pork.
The Mac and cheese was sauced well and cheesy good. I didn't get any smoke flavor but it was still tasty. The pasta was a bit more tender than al dente but not mushy so it still had some chew in the bite. Nice!

The cole slaw...I am very picky when it comes to cole slaw so 9 times out of 10 I doctor it or don't eat it. It was described to have a creamy tangy dressing which is enough for me to try it. Not too bad. I did doctor it just a bit but it didn't take much. A smidge of mayo, pepper and sugar and it was the perfect sauce for me. There's enough carrots that it almost tastes like a carrot salad but overall, I would order it again.
Serving size, I would say I received about 1 cup of Cole slaw packed in the container which was about 1 1/4 cups once it was fluffed out of the container.
I would order this same meal again and I have leftovers!
Next time I will make a sandwich with the leftover pulled pork and the cole slaw (undoctored) because I think they would be fantastic together.

The chicien was moist and tasty. The Smoked Mac&cheese was good. but it was equivalent to a measuring cup for nine dollars.

We order from you as our favorite delivery for several months now.
My husband is a true BBQ carnivore. He favors the brisket, which for the second time had more fat than he liked. A true Southerner, he loves fat with his brisket but excess detracts from the meal. Reason not a 5 today. He loves your baked beans and rice and beans.
My pulled pork was tender and tasty as ever.
The chicken I had was also the same. I've never needed extra sauce. Portions generous.
I'm an Indiana farm gal. So my 4-H and country palate are fine-tuned to the quality of your meats. We raised our own Rhode Island Red chickens, Hampshire hogs, Angus cattle. Your meat quality, as well as amazing BBQ skills, do not disappoint.
Oh yes, your cole slaw is the best. Like what I grew up eating at reunions in my home town's old Chautauqua Park. Crisp. Not overdressed or spiced. And the smoked Mac n Cheese to die for.

First time ordering from this place and I'm honestly a little disappointed. For the price, the portion was small. The Macaroni and cheese was tasteless and dry but the pulled pork was good! My order came spilling out of the take out box and because there was so much sauce, the container was soggy and splitting open. It would have also been nice to include utensils and napkins. Lastly, I wanted to try their side dishes, but unfortunately a side of potato salad is $7.00 and a side of coleslaw is $6.00. This is barbaric, especially due to the portion sizes.

Finally good BBQ! The ribs were perfect, like backyard BBQ at your Uncle's perfect. They were out of brisket but they called to ask about subbing pull pork, which turned out to be delicious. Max and cheese and fish were good, and I liked the tangy flavor of the cole slaw.
