Listen. Gabriella's is the closest thing to New York style pizza you can get in the Bay area. Every other "New York Style" pizza place makes me wonder if the chef has ever been to NYC. Not Gabriella's. They're actually thin, chewy crusts with the authentic NYC pizza grease.

Good packaging, quick service, bland pizza, & overpriced cookies. Not NY pizza.
Cheese pizza with ricotta was extremely bland like literally no flavor other than a little sweetness which was weird. Pizza had practically no sauce which it really needed to balance out the cheap tasting cheese. Cheese was not bubbly and browned like in the photo, just a thick layer of cheap, bland cheese. Only slightly redeeming quality was the crust which I thought had a nice texture but again super bland. Definitely not New York pizza. Chocolate chip cookie was a good size but really thin and oily. Definitely not worth $4.75 but it got the job done.

I grew up in Connecticut and NY Style pizza is all we knew, at least in my family. Giove's in Trumbull, Pepe's in New Haven, Vinny's in Bridgeport. In my opinion, Gabriella's is the only one around here that is as genuine

Usually top-notch, but tonight the pizza was undercooked even though I asked for well-done. Also so much cheese it was slopped over the crust.

The margherita had almost no basil and used regular cheese not fresh mozzarella so it essentially tasted like a cheese pizza, and the dough was under seasoned. Overall it was fine but unimpressive if you've eaten pizza in NYC.
