I've said this before but it's worth repeating. I LOVE this diner! But I have a problem every time I order. Everything at Gateway is so good, I have a hard time narrowing down what I put in my cart to a reasonable amount of food.
This time I tried their Honey Dipped Fried Chicken and their Shrimp in a Basket. At first, I was surprised at how small the chicken pieces were but I was definitely not still hungry when I was finished and it tasted very good. The Shrimp in a Basket had lots of shrimp and was also very good.
Their omelettes are big and also very good, especially the Western Omelette. The home fries come without any seasoning but that allows me to add my own amount of salt and pepper.
I'm very glad Gateway Diner is on DoorDash because otherwise, I'd never be able to enjoy their food since they are far from me and I don't drive. I look forward to my next Gateway order.

gateway doesn't disappoint and the customer service and attention to their patrons wants is A+++. Thanks gateway for being a great go-to.
p.s. the Grilled Salmon Salad is to die for good. the capers and olives just make it exxtra delicioso.

So far, I've ordered from Gateway Diner twice and I've liked everything I've gotten from them so far. Their prices are very reasonable and the portions are fine. For my first order from them, I got their Gateway Special, Chef Special and Gateway Slam Featured Items. All were yummy, especially the Grilled Cajun Chicken Sandwich with Tomato. With my last order, I tried a Broiled Chopped Sirloin Mini Meal and the Turkey Salad and the Shrimp Salad Lite Bite Delights. All were very good and were plenty to eat without feeling over-stuffed. It's not near my neighborhood and I've never been there in person so I'm really glad DoorDash can deliver Gateway Diner to me. I plan to order from them again soon. They have become my go-to delivery diner.

My daughter ate it all (except the green beans - should have got her mashed) and she's picky! The mac n cheese was so good, I'd have made a meal of it. Love applesauce with meatloaf, so that was ideal And the bread pudding...couldn't get enough. The soup was the best chicken with pasta I've had in a very long time. Thank you. - Wendy

I love how the Steiner cooks their omelettes. They don't browned them and they were always fluffy and light. Not to mention how good they taste! I have not been disappointed with any of the food that I've ordered from Gateway. Great job guys!
