7 meats, 5 sides: The bed of rice was reheated (crusty) and the meat (brisket) was burned to a crisp (almost like chicharron) . The mashed potatoes were watery, like a risotto. This is the 2nd time I received subpar food from this restaurant. I won't be ordering from them again. Too bad because it was great deal $ for our family.

The flavors were decent, but the portion sizes were disappointing. The chicken and bulgogi servings were very small, and the japchae portion was minimal. The vegetables also didn’t seem properly stir-fried. For the price, I expected more.

I love Gen KBBQ but their to go menu is not worth it. I was in the mood for beef bulgolgi and it was cold and over cooked. Also the short rib was DRY and almost inedible. If you're in a kbbq mood either go inside the restaurant for the experience or order somewhere else

The sides were so small, barely enough for a small toddler. The sides that come with it are the size of literal to-go sauce cups. Some of the meat was undercooked, and they charge you an extra $1.00 for brisket sauce and they did not even bother to pack it. I love gen, but was very disappointed in the service.
