Dinner order between 7 and 8 PM arrives let us wilted. Some of the greener lettuce is black and slimy. Very little chicken even when we pay for extra four tiny tomatoes ordered as extra sliced in half hardly any bacon paid for extra, etc. the salads were almost $19 each. The burgers are OK nothing special. What's happened? Will not be ordering the habit for a long time to come.
Very sad to leave this type of review, but what a drastic and an enjoyable change. Loyal customers from the beginning until now."

I feel like this was made with a very small piece of sandwich bread. If the bread was toasted, you couldn't tell. I'm really surprised by this. I've never had a poor experience with Cheesecake Factory from delivery or in the restaurant. I understand that it will not look the same as it would at the location, but this is sad. I have a photo if you're interested. I know they can do better.
