Bad communication, did not let me know the food was out of stock until the dasher arrived so I cannot edit the order in time. Small quantity, I ordered edamame and got only half of what I usually got from other stores with similar prices

The "pan fried" Gyoza were terrible. Lacking in flavor, texture was mushy like microwaved/steamed gyoza. There was zero color on them so I highly doubt that they even touched a hot pan.. Even the sauce was bad, tasted like soy sauce and nothing else. I can't believe I spent 9.50 on that..
The Tonkotsu Red Ramen was also terrible. There was hardly any spicy flavor from the "chili". I doubt they even put it in which would make the most sense. The broth itself was nothing special. Lacking in a rich creamy texture that one would expect from a supposed bone broth base and overall, just very average. Usually my favorite part is the broth but I didnt even finish this one. Honestly very disappointed.

Food was good. But for $15, I cannot recommend the Gindara. It is entirely too small to be worth the price.

Overpriced and terrible quality. The pickled appetizer looked nothing like the picture, the salmon rice balls were burnt and the sushi was rancid. Atleast they gave me extra soda.
