First time trying the food here and I'm impressed. everything was great. Flavorful and fresh tasting food, well presented. Generous portions. The menu didn't specify if the Ceviche Trio included chips so I ordered a side of chips just in case and ended up with two. The Ceviche Trio does come with plantain chips which i liked better for than the tortilla chips anyway. The beans they included with the chips were well season and blended smooth making it easier to dip. Their salsa is well balanced for people who might not be able to handle *hot* salsa.
Also really loved the carmalized plantain and sliced mango that came with the Salmon Costeño. will definitely order from here again. thankyou!

I was so excited to get the big shopping bag with Skirt Steak Fajitas because it commemorates the 40th anniversary of Gloria's. I was a loyal customer of Gloria's at the first two locations in Oak Cliff and on LBJ Fwy/Greenville. The owners Gloria and Jose were the cashiers and they welcomed each customer. Often, they hosted our meetings for Hispanic journalists.
This restaurant grows better and better over the years. They always use fresh ingredients and cook your
meal to perfection. They have the juiciest, most tender Skirt Steak Fajitas in Texas.
All of their locations have great style and ambience. Don't forget dessert. They also make the best, creamy and rich, flan around.

This food is exquisite every single time. the Grilled Quail is perfectly grilled and the Shrimp Enchiladas is so creamy and delicious. They are consistant in quality and flavor!

Gloria's Lechón Asado is always excellent. Today it was perfection, cooked beautifully, tender, juicy and ample. The plantain and yucca were great. Yum...

They are usually good, BUT today they missed the mark! I ordered about 1245p, lunch time and I got the Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream sauce. The chicken was very dry and there was a small amount of sauce and cheese. I was under the impression that they put cheese inside the enchilada as well on the top, I only had cheese on the top. No cheese inside. It'll be a while before I order this again! Definitely was NOT happy!
