This is the best boba place ever! I tried so many milk teas all over the country and locally - Gong Cha has a perfect taste of the milk tea!

There are two matcha smoothies with one should have 70% sweetness but there is no name tag to tell which one is normal and which one is 70%. Ordered Oolong Tea but got Oolong Milk Tea. Ordered Marble Strawberry with Pearls Large size but got no Pearls and regular size.

I order from Gong Cha quite frequently. It's my favorite Boba in Palo Alto! Highly recomend. My only complain is they send the wrong drink surprisingly often. DoorDash is always helpful in resolving issues though!

all drinks were requested at 50% or less sweetness but they all tasted like 200% sweet. so thick and way way too sweet.
