i been dying to try this “hidden gem” but unfortunately i was disappointed..flavor was OKAY, i which i had actual meat on my “CARNE ASADA” to actually have the NICARAGUAN food experience. NO fried cheese on my order. i guess you have to request it aside although the picture promoting the plate has one 🙄.all fat barely any meat at all and the little meat given wasn't fully cooked. (Don't let the color fool you it's all fat)

la comida esta muy buena, la unica queja es que en las Tajada Con Queso podrian llevar un poco mas de queso lo unic, lo demas excelente
