Chef cut the salmon to include tendon making the raw salmon roll chewy and not edible. For $15 a roll I expect better quality. Ive never experienced this in a salmon roll before. Cutting corners to use the whole fish while charging their price point is frustrating. If they served me this in the restaurant I would have sent it back. Everything else was fine. Tiny portions though. However, that seems to be the norm in the area.
