I have never written a review for any restaurant I've ordered from but this absolutely warrants a review for how delicious the food was.
The Samosas were very tasty and stuffed to the brim with filling. The chutney that goes along with it added a sweet tanginess that complimented the samosas.
The Lunch Plate was fantastic as well; perfectly seasoned and well balanced. I understand the entrees are on rotation but all of mine were absolutely solid. The side salad didn't even need dressing because the shredded beets in it added some nice sweetness. The lentil soup was simple and yummy.
Best part of it all? I paid $15 for a big filling meal that is also nutritious. The lunch plate alone being $12 is unbelievable to me just based on the quality and quantity of food. As a broke college student, I'd know about getting a bang for your buck. Govinda' s absolutely pulled through this Wednesday afternoon.

Vegan Dinner Plate- oh my gosh. So much food. It was all amazing, seasoned wonderfully. A little bit of everything they had on the buffet I'm guessing plus some delicious lentil soup. Their salad dressing was amazing.

The Vegan Dinner Plate is such a huge portion and everything is delicious. There's nothing processed or fake about Govindas food, just real ingredients prepared in a beautiful, nutritious way. I will try to eat at Govindas every time I'm in Tucson!

My dinner plate was generously packed with various delicious vegan dishes, bread, fresh salad and soup. Love at first bite. I was in heaven! This exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed everything and appreciate the quality and freshness of the food. I hope to eat there in person next time. Thank you!
