I don't know why they give options to customize their overpriced hot Hot Belgian Cocoas and Iced Coffees that cost extra when I received mine BOTH plain. But at least I received them as 2 of my 3 sandwiches ordered were missing. Save yourself the time and money and just eat an eggo waffle. At least they will be correct and probably taste better.

Iced Coffee I requested with cream both in the drink and on the side came black with no ice. The Strawberry Shortcake Wafel was great.
