I ordered the Oxtail and it did NOT disappoint. It was succulent, it came off the bone beautifully, and the sauce paired gorgeously with the bed of grits it sat on. I was worried I'd have to go back to Atlanta to get oxtail this good and I am so glad to have some this close!! I also ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken to see how well it reheated the next day and wound up in a bit of a time crunch, but even with minimal effort being able to go into the prep it reheated like a dream, the grits remained impeccable (as it does come default with grits, the AI description was off on that which was perfectly fine for my wants). The chicken is breaded nicely, the grits are delightfully sauced, and it tastes wonderful! Mind your hands when trying to take it out the bag, that much flavor can get a smidge messy in transport, but with the meal you walk away with? They pack you napkins, you'll be okay.
