The food is 10/10! I specifically loveee the wings especially when I request that they are fried hard. The yams are good too. Lastly I don't eat potato salad from everyone but the color of it gravitated me to it because it's not usual that a restaurant gets the yellow in color (lol) & it taste great! I am never disappointed. Thank you!

Wings Dinner - The food is pretty ok, but this is the 2nd time the potato salad was salty. And now, instead of 5 wings, you get 4 and I dont know if they realize thats like giving 2 wings without the tip. Being that it's no whole wings, it's these wing pieces, you would think they would give you more..

I ordered fish and wing meals. Both were excellent. Sides of potato salad and collards were exceptionally good. The potato salad was the best other than my own. Lemon and chocolate/butter cakes were good. In sum the meals and delivery were excellent. I have loved Maxine for a long time and delivery via Doordash made it possible to order and receive. I will be ordering again real soon.

This has become my go to for comfort food! The fish is perfectly fried without being greasy and the collard greens have such a great flavor! Love love love this place!

The chicken was fresh & delicious. Rice & peas candied yams were great. Peach Cobbler leaves you wanting more 2 sizes are needed for options
