I really love this place. And every single person who works there has been so wonderful each time I’ve been there. My fave flavor is black raspberry chip! 😋

The pint of ice cream that I received last night was not a full pint. it was very chintzy especially for the amount that they charge and it was very crystally meaning that there were ice chips in it which led me to believe that it was the bottom of the barrel of the ice cream. I am incredibly disappointed and I had noticed towards the end of the summer even the scoops on the cones became smaller and smaller and more stingy. the product received should definitely match the amount charged.

Nine of the above. I'm not a new customer. However. The Gelsto is very good. Portions r unbelievable lay small and looks ridiculous in the cup. It's outrageous what you charge for the amount. It's always small. But tiny is a better description. It's an embarrassment that you serve this too the public. And I'm not impressed with ur packaging either. You don't leave a Peter bad on porch on ground. You rung door bell. Take need too take notice of this. Tu.

When i go in-person, my order is always correct. but both times i ordered through door dash, the order was not correct. The icecream is always good.. but if i ask and pay for specifics.. i expect it to be the same whether i order in-store or through a delivery service.

The cake was fall themed and tasted old. I thought it was going to be the picture, which was a Happy Birthday cake. Was not allowed to add special instructions.
