• 7/15/26Everything was delicious! I highly recommend everything I have tried there. My only disappointment is the portion sizes of the gumbo and jambalaya are extremely small. The pint container of gumbo was only 1/3 full. The jambalaya was in a styrofoam container and was about the same amount as the gumbo.

• 3/18/26Gumbo Stop is hands down my favorite restaurant, and it's not even close. I could eat the étouffe every day and have tried it with multiple protein options. Each is amazing, always fresh and cooked perfectly. Jambalaya, gumbo, red beans & rice, and the andouille gum-boy are all great. The portions are generous as well. My kids especially love the butter cake. Amazing every time!

Everything was on point. The 8 oz Chicken was cooked perfectly and super flavorful, everything is fresh and the 5-Cheese Garlic Grits were creamy and packed with cheesy goodness, and the Not-ya Nana’s Banana Pudding was the perfect sweet finish. Great portions for the price too. Highly recommend! 🙌

• 9/2/25Gumbo Stop Cafe LLC has always had -the- most fresh, flavorful, and delightful food I have the pleasure of getting my grubby little hands on. The Hot Cheesy Crawfish Bread is to DIE for, and the 12 oz Gumbo knocks it out of the park! And don't forget the Kentucky Butter Cake with Strawberries and whipped cream or Banana Pudding!!! 100000/10 would order again!!

I've had their sampler before and I would hire them to be my personal chef if I had that kind of money (not in *this* economy, unfortunately)!their Creole Seafood Etouffee SLAPS EVERY. TIME. Y'all. I have dreams about this etouffee. Delivery packaging? On point. Consistency? 100% of the time, every time. The portion may look small in the packaging to the naked eye but sweet lord in heaven, I am FULL. Highly recommend, 1000/10
