Genuinely some of the best fried chicken I've ever had in my life. I know it says it's world famous but it was way better than I anticipated. I ended up eating a whole 4 piece with two sides of Mac and cheese in like 6 mins. Definitely worth ordering from here if you weren't sure before.

I always get the 2 Piece Dark Plate and it is ALWAYS perfectly cooked . Crispy but not too hard. The chicken 3 Tenders Plate was HUGE! The mac and cheese was delicious.

Second time in two weeks eating here and it doesn't disappoint. High quality, fresh ingredients and cooked well leads to chicken that is tender and juicy, with an amazing crunch. The sides are good, but the chicken is world class. The portions are massive. I will definitely be back and will miss this place when I go.

Everything was delicious... the chicken was perfectly done on the inside and crispy almost crunchy on the outside. The slaw, greens and sweet tea were awesome, but the BEANS OMG... salty and spicy with just a hint of brown sugar sweetness. 10 of 10, will eat at Gus's whenever there is one around!!

Chicken was amazing as always. Fried apple pie was hot and very good. Greens were delicious and cole slaw is the perfect compliment to the spice in the chicken. This is always your best option for chicken
