My new spot to get popcorn chicken because they have a snack and drink combo and their portions are generous. I'm surprised how fresh it still was after delivery. It's delicious and has great value. Their drinks are good as well. Some are on the sweeter side to adjust accordingly. But great cup size and good tea.

K4. Watermelon Smoothie / 西瓜冰沙 was not a slushie... just completely liquid. Passion Fruit Mango Green Tea / 百香果芒芒 had little fibers throughout the entire drink like drinking carpet shavings. Absolutely not drinkable and waste of money.

Ordered 3 drinks. They were all terrible. The milk "teas" were actually milk coffee (I don't drink coffee), and the watermelon smoothie was tasted off, like it was made of watermelon rind or something. 0 for 3. Pass on this one.

great milk tea flavour w Black Glutinous Rice Milk Tea / 黑糯米奶茶
only problem i just asked for pearls on top and i only found out they sold out when i got an email notification that they charged me $0.75USD to substitute it to lychee jelly...
it wasn't my fault they didn't have any pearls and it wasn't an add-on. just a substitute. so why charge me?

On social media in China they have Boba Bowls and I have ALWAYS wanted one!!! I recommend going to the tea/restaurant and eating this there. Excellent customer service, the staff is extremely kind. I would order this again!
