YES, this burger joint is a total HABIT. If you're new to ordering from this restaurant, and a hamburger aficionado I'd highly recommend the double char with cheese. The fries are above average, not skinny and skimpy like McD's and other chains. On the other hand, they're not oversized steak fries... rather just the right size and texture.

I usually order the kids meal because the burger is full size and it's cheap and i always enjoy it. This time i got the #1 original burger. It didnt come with tomato or onion like the description states. All it had was soggy pieces of lettuce smothered in ketchup. This burger was so gross. And they forgot my side sauce

Excellent name for this restaurant since it will be a "habit" for an excellent burger. Love the fries and a huge portion of them if I do say so myself. The ability to customize said burger is a huge bonus!

Not sure what happened. I feel like last time I bought at the store it was good. But this time nothing was good. Hamburger patties were over cooked and dry. Most my burgers in order were not made as ordered. Which made for an extremely disappointing dinner. No one paid attention to any details of the order.

Crispy Chicken sandwich was dry and cold. It tasted like cardboard. The Double Char with Cheese looked like it had been ran over. It was flat and very messy. But the extra crispy fries and ranch dressing were delicious.
