To say my family was disappointed is an understatement. The pint of chocolate chip cookie dough for $12+ included a spoonful of the smallest cookie dough pieces I have ever seen and 12 chocolate chips - unacceptable.

Ordered here often and most of the time they’re good. But I ordered the ooh dough and barely got any toppings. This happened to me twice, I was so disappointed😞. Come on Handles add more toppings to the ice cream!

It's disappointing that if they are out of a flavor they don't contact you to select an alternate flavor. Took a long time to deliver also. They are usually better than this. Must be issues at the particular location.

They keep skimping on the second scoop. Looks completely different when I have it in-person.
