I'm sad this combo arrived so awful to me. Cuban Value Meal was a good price but the fries & sandwich were cold & they didn't even put my soda in the bag...needed to air fry my fries to rejuvenate their sogginess...

I love the food but the packaging is always awful. Nothing like receiving your dinner in a greasy paper bag. Maduros I Fried Sweet Plantains should be in more than a paper bag especially awful when they use the plain generic instead of the Havana logo bags. Plus everything is usually cold.

I order this all the time. The Empanada Sampler and Maduros I Fried Sweet Plantains. Twice ive gotten a small container of chimmichurri and today I got mustard, ketchup, hot sauce and mayonnaise. Whats wirh the inconsistency? I wish Havana realized that a paper bag doesnt keep food warm let alone hot. Plus the grease blends through, invest in a better take out container please.

Happy to have the sangria delivered but to be quoted as a serving for two is absolutely untrue. Very small. Definitely one glass full.
