Pizza was really good. Didn't realize I ordered 9in wish I had ordered a bigger size it was so good. Garlic knots were good but I wish it came with some sauce. They were big so it was worth it. Couldn't even finish them all.

the pizza should have been cut into rectangles because not only me but friends said it tasted eerily similar to school lunch pizza.
The wings were not crispy at all and were wet where the fry or breading was falling off and the hot sauce tasted like wings from Pizza Hut, Domino's, or 7eleven.
The price is high for what you get, but the environment is not bad if going out.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Hawthorne’s Pizza for years, which is why yesterday’s experience was such a disappointment. For the first time, I left wondering what happened to the place I’ve always loved.
My order was lukewarm at best when I arrived eight minutes before my scheduled pickup time. Since the app still showed my order wasn’t ready, I expected to wait a few minutes. Instead, the staff member checking me out told me it had been sitting on the shelf for quite some time. There is absolutely no excuse for an order to be sitting there getting cold before its scheduled pickup time.
To make matters worse, I asked for a small cup of marinara sauce and was told it would cost an additional $1.50 I was shocked and declined. After spending $40 on a pizza and seven wings, I couldn’t believe I was being charged that much extra for a small cup of dipping sauce.
The pizza itself was disappointing for the first time ever. It was bland, and the crust wasn’t crispy at all. My slice would barely even fold in half! This was not the quality I’ve come to expect from Hawthorne’s.
The wings were good and cooked extra crispy, just as requested. However, the ranch dressing was practically water, and several pieces of celery had brown spots.
Finally, as I left, two young men were standing at the host station right by the door. Neither offered to hold the door or even say goodbye. In the past, the service at Hawthorne’s had always been much more welcoming. Hosts would even grab the door for me when my hands were full carrying a large pizza. That small gesture made a difference, and it’s disappointing to see that level of customer service missing.
Hawthorne’s Pizza is no longer the place I’ve always loved, and that genuinely makes me sad. Between the cold food, disappointing pizza, unnecessary extra charge, and lack of customer service, this visit missed the mark in every way. Sadly, I’ve taken Hawthorne’s off my list of places to buy pizza.

Did not even get my Side of Sauce or Side of dressing. I even called the Restaurant and asked that they put marinara b/c you can not choose a Side of Sauce that you want. This needs to have an option as to what Sauce you want to have. The Chicken Parmesan Entree was absolutely disgusting. I did sub for Alfredo but there was zero flavor and no season on the cutlet. It was swiming in sticky sauce. The Chicken cutlets were full of greese. I threw the entire meal away. I also added a Side salad and they barely put lettuce in there for $6.99!?!?! I have Never complained about Hawthorne's b/c it is our favorite. I don't usually get it from this Rae Rd location either. We moved and it usually came from Quail Corners. I guess if we want good food we will go to the other location. The 9" Bar Pie (Cheese) - Add toppings to create your own was not worth the money. You can get better pizza and dishes from Empire. Very disappointing and would not order again.

Skimpy toppings. Definitely not worth the money. They should be better that chain places. But not!!!! Never again! Maybe one mushroom sliced. Barely any onions. Skimped on cheese and sauce too. Plenty of pepperoni though.
