Ordered online for pickup. Checked my bag when I got there, both bags of chips were missing. Not surprised as it had happened before, which is why I knew to check. I asked about it and they grabbed my chips.
Fast forward to sitting down to eat... They forgot my apple juice, gave us the wrong bread for our cheese steak sandwich (sourdough instead of ciabatta) and instead of French onion soup we got a small cup of chili and a small cup of macaroni and cheese. I requested a refund for all of my missing items but still - did they even look at the order ticket?
Sad because I really like the food (when my order is correct). It wasn't even that busy 🫤

The bagel barely had any cream cheese and definitely didn’t come close to the New York–style bagel I was expecting.

it tastes amazing!! and the Cheesecake tastes soo good, it reminds me off when I was a kid and had cheesecake for my birthday cake! the sand which tastes just!! the smoothie Hawaiian Hurricane Smoothie is soo good! it's not super sweet which is how I like my smoothies.

I'm overall super disappointed. It's the first time we've eaten here and the bagels tasted stale... they are super small, dry, and not good. I definitely wont get a breakfast bagel sandwich from them again :(
