The chicken was incredibly dry, lean, and almost tough.  There was a very small amount of mayonnaise on the sandwich - most of the bread was pretty dry.  The whole thing was dry enough that it was difficult to eat and swallow.  This is not normal for banh mi.

I don't understand why you would put my meat in the soup and leave it there. It's overcooked and dry and nasty. I would not order this again. The last time you guys packed this with love and the portions you gave me good.
