I can not stress how much I love this restaurant. They always do such an amazing job with their ramen. it's always just the way I want it, hot, spicy (I add extra spice) and sooooooo mouthwatering. the eggs are marinated perfectly and the meat is tender and delicious. the noodles are NEVER soggy and the veggies in it are always crisp and never wilty.

This ramen was fucking baller. Especially the vegan broth, my girlfriend got the spicy garlic shoyu with vegan broth and I had the spicy beef garlic ramen it was so flavorful and delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the portion was perfect we didn't feel sick but felt full. We will be back lol. 5/5 babyyyy it was DAMN GOOD

On another work trip to Dallas and this ramen spot was super close to my accommodation. I ordered the Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was flavorful without being too salty or heavy, and the chashu was soft and tender. Order was also packaged carefully.
The noodles were okay but didn’t have much flavor on their own, and I wish there were more toppings since the bowl felt a bit noodle-heavy. Overall, still a solid choice if you’re craving ramen.

The Kuro Kuma Ramen is excellent and always consistent. I love pairing it with the Kaki Fried Oyster, which somehow arrives and remains crispy (and a great value IMO). If you love ramen eggs like I do, add an extra. They are legit.

Best ramen I've ever had. The large size takes 2 sittings for me to fully eat! Spice is on point. And I always get the Potato Korokke. I could eat those every day! With as much broth as they give you, you could easily boil some noodles and use the rest.
