We love love love Himalaya! My husband almost always gets the Spicy Madras Chicken . It is REALLY spicy. (I used to get the madras vegetables but after having surgery last fall, the spice is too much for me.) So now I get either the Veggie Tikka Masala or the Veggie Korma, both of which are delicious. Our teen daughter (who is pretty particular about food and has food allergies) has fallen in love with the Tofu Tikka Masala. I usually steal some from her because I love it too and the flavor of the tikka masala sauce is a little bit different than the veggie version. Our fave appetizers are the Aloo Tikka and the Veggie Pakora. I'm vegetarian and both my daughter and I are gluten-free and Himalaya is always able to accommodate us with delicious food.

I LOOOVE the Chicken Tikka Masala and order it often with Garlic Naan. It's become one of my comfort foods.
Last night, I wanted a salad as well. BIG MISTAKE. I paid $10 for a pile of spinach with a decent amount of pecans and dried cranberries. However, I got zero dressing.

I was a little scared to try this since it was my first time trying but OMG the Butter Chicken and then dipping the Gar Naanlic was AMAZING! I got mild spicy to it since my stomach is sensitive to spicy but I can take it up a notch. Definitely recommend!!!

My favorite: Samosa- App, I can eat these every day. The chutneys included. The White Rice Bhaat was perfectly done. I never had Daal Soup before. It was pleasant and tasty.

Samosa had great flavor, and terrific job remembering every detail of the sides. perfect naan. my husband enjoyed the paneer masala. So sad to take a bite of butter chicken and find it inedibly salty. Hope this was a one-time problem, because I'd sure like to put Himalaya in our regular rotation.
