I've tried many ramen spots all over socal and this was by far the best Tonkotsu Ramen I've had. One spicy cup was perfect for me and I love spice! The broth was extremely flavorful and the pork rice bowl was divine! I put he garlic in both the ramen and the Pork Rice Bowl (L) and loved it. The fat on the pork was melt in your mouth good. Could tell the noodles were made today. 15/10. Portions were perfect. Thanks for blessing me!

The eel tempura buns were delicious. The eel was crispy and the pickles helped cut through the sweetness of the eel sauce and the richness of the eel. The sesame miso broth was also very tasty. Somehow the corn and tofu were missing from my bowl, but the additional soft boiled eggs to my already ordered egg made up for it.

First time trying HiroNori ramen shop & it's definitely my new favorite. The pork buns were so delicious, hot and saucy and I ain't never had a Tonkotsu Ramen so good. This place puts Kopan Ramen in the dump I fear...

Amazing Tonkotsu Ramen and big portions. I was worried about how it would go with delivery but everything came hot, separate and ready to mix together and eat. Definitely would order again!

Eel Tempura Buns were delicious bites. Green Salad - fresh and delicious with the Yuzu vinaigrette salad dressing. I love the leak proof bowls and packaging.
