Delicious! You can tell there's a lot of care that goes into their food. The Shoyu Ramen bowl is especially savory in my opinion, and I always get an extra half soft-boiled egg for extra goodness. Flippin' yum!

I ordered the extra garlic, honestly, I couldn't stop eating it! Usually I split a ramen order into two meals, but my goodness this was good!

Hands down, the BEST ramen I have ever had. The broth is a show-stopper, both the Tonkotsu & Shoyu broth is amazing. Don't waste your time with any other ramen. This is The place. As a fan & having tried many, many ramen joints. Hiro Nori Craft Ramen stands alone @ the top of the ramen game. FIVE STARS *****

I have dined at Hironori on previous occasions. I decided to go for their Tonkotsu Ramen as the main course. Sadly, the noodles were a real let down, falling apart instead of being chewy. What was worse was the Yuzu Cheesecake ,it was so small I thought they split my order.I felt so disappointed getting the bite sized cheeecake, with the lack of flavor not helping either. I may have to reconsider ordering from Hironori in the future.

Shoyu Ramen with Extra Noodle and hot sauce was fantastic. the pork is so tasty, thick noodles are always the perfect texture. glad I decided to try the Cucumber Mint Yuzunade, it was exactly what I wanted! refreshing, citrusy, and not too sweet. highly recommend
