The chicken katsu is always beautifully fried and delicious. The meat xed tempura is wonderful and the salmon teriyaki is scrumptious. The spicy tuna is a delightful addition and actually spicy! A must have

First time ordering from Hirotaka Sushi, I was surprised, the Real California Roll (8Pcs) were so tasty and I liked that it didn't have a lot of rice in the outside. The crabmeat so delicious. The variety of sushi so fresh. Fresh pickled ginger, the wasabi boy had a great kick. The portions of each dish, was very good. The need filling of the potstickers/gozas was very tasty and crispy. I am sorry, the udon noodle dish was very filling, nicely cooked, onion, celery and carrots, great flavor. I will definitely order other dishes. Happy New Year.

When I first saw the roll I was surprised at how little the portions looked for the price I paid. I almost thought I had gotten the wrong amount lol. I typically tend to get rolls from other locations where it takes up the entire container and it was not the case here, but it was still very good and enough for me. The Gyoza's were my favorite! I got the veggie ones and by far the best I've tried. Expensive for the amount you actually get on the roll but good flavors and great Gyoza!

Sushi is something I love, but I am also very critical about it. I am sure to recommend this place to others. The portion is just right. The Lion King roll tastes amazing; I can feel the freshness of the salmon. Absolutely delicious!

Got 3 rolls, it was pretty solid. Only feedback I'd provide is that the tempura flakes that were used as toppings for one of the rolls was stale.
Portion size was decent. I'd order again but choose items without the flakes on top.
