Great flavor and full of fresh vegetables. A go to comfort when im craving soup and veggies.

Imperial rolls were not fried properly--they were greasy, chewy, not crisp. The bean sprouts were not fresh - they were soggy and brown-- and there was so much water in the baggie with the sprouts and basil that the basil was brown & wilted and not even usable. Generously gave 2 stars because the pho was at least tasty.

Spicy Beef Lemongrass broth lacks flavor. Tasted like watered down soup. The cha lua tasted funky.
Beef Stew same issue as the other one. Lacked flavor. The braised beef was tender which earned the 2nd star but over all the food was not good.

Their specialty soups are really good!Spicy without being 'burning', flavorful, and each one uniquely delicious.
It's also great to be able to get good seafood and vegetable options. The veggies are fresh, plentiful and perfectly cooked.
Thier rolls are good, their noodles yum... Really can't go wrong.

Wow. Is $15.50 now and doesn't mention what size of the bowl it is. I remembered it uses to be close to $13 for regular.Then it was $14.50, now ,$15.50. Inflation is real.I can get a large pho for $12.50 on other places. Not sure is worth eating here anymore since it still taste the same.
