Deep flavor in the broth. The noodles are a little tasteless in their own but if you add them to the broth and let them sit for a couple of minutes they really absorb the broth flavor and have a great texture.

Really not very good at all, stay away from the Beijing style spare ribs that were undercooked and just slathered in a sweet sauce, same for the sesame chicken. Hot and sour soup had no kick to it, dumplings tasted awful.
