• 4/3/25On Sunday Night I placed an order for pickup. We order about 3-4 times a month always the same stuff. It was the Hong Kong Special Chow Mein I get it without the veggies. So all it is is Pan fried Noodles with Shrimp, Chicken, & sliced pork. The noodles were AWFUL! The NOODLES were STuck Together in Clumps so Bad...This happens during the boiling in water process first when the noodles are thrown in the water and not stirred so you get Hard OVER COOKEDI CLUMPS OF THE NOODLES THAT YOU CANT EAT at least half of it was like that. You have to pay extra for these noodles because of the protein. So the rest of what noodles that was in there looked dirty like it fell on the floor or maybe it was something in the pain that made them look dirty(they never usually look like this) SO DIRTY LOOKING, CLUMS OF PASTA THAT DIDNT COOK RIGHT UNEATABLE, AND They WERE SO GREASY YOU COULD LITERALLY POUR THE OIL OUT GROSS! Now Protein on a good batch you get at least 6-7 Shrimp but MY ORDER had 2 small Shrimp & like a half of shrimp IDK it was like these 2 tiny broke apart piece, but the Shrimp had the Poop still in it GROSS! There was 3 small slivers of pork normally you get at least 6-7 slices & theChicken was the only part that was what you normally get but overall I was so upset. I was trying to see if any of it was okay to eat and the whole container ended up all over my floor!
Lastly I ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken and I get the sauce on the side and Hands down the best Ive ever had. Which makes me sad because when we opened the box it was soaking wet from the styrofoam sweeting from the hot chicken. It made the batter soggy but we just dried it off the best we could and heated it up and ate it all.
The Hong Kong Lum Lums Restaurant is usually 99% Excellent. I was just so extremely disappointed with this visit.

• 10/10/25Cream cheese wontons were OK… Too crispy on the outside kind of burnt… Almost too hard to eat.
Shrimp, egg foo yong was good… The shrimp might've been boiled a little longer… They were hard… Same with the vegetables… Celery was too hard… But once I soaked it in the gravy and soy sauce, it was OK.
Biggest problem was that something had been spilled all over the bottom of the bag and was a pain in the ass to clean up off of all the containers…

• 7/29/24I ordered the Hong Kong with noodles. It has shrimp, chicken and bbq pork. They really skimp on the meat and the noodles are extremely salty! I only took two bites and threw the rest away. I wont be a return customer

• 1/24/24Great job guys fulfilling my request for sweet-and-sour, hot mustard, and extra soy sauce! I truly appreciate that. The egg foo yong was very good, not as much as last time, however… And the eggrolls were spot on. Too bad it was spilled in the bottom of the bag, so it was a huge mess when I went to open it up. Otherwise excellent lunch!
