When I called to ask that the giant sandwich be cut in half & wrapped separately and the bag be sealed before pick-up, the person I spoke to was very polite and accommodating, which I really appreciated, and he followed through with my requests. However, the sandwich was underwhelming, and each half was quite small (6-7 inches). It was freshly cooked but a bit bland and didn't contain as many portabella mushrooms as I expected.
