Ordered the mini boil with crab legs, potatoes, and corn (garlic & butter sauce ) along with fried oysters and crab fries. The crab legs were cooked to perfection (didn't even need utensils to crack the crab). The sauce was ridiculously good; it was sweet (not sugar sweet but deliciously sweet). The potatoes and corn were equally delicious. Every time I bit into one of the fried oysters, the juice from within just popped out (not a complaint) again, cooked to perfection and mouth watering. I was actually in a food funk; nothing I thought of seemed appealing so my daughter recommended Hook & Reel; after reading the menu; the fried oysters stood out along with the crab legs so I decided to go with it. At first I thought it was a little pricey but for what I received and the excellence of the food; it was worth every penny. The sauces that accompanied the crab fries and oysters were also very good. I have nothing but compliments. Thank you and keep it up, I'll be back.

I am currently pregnant and let's just say .. The spice level is amazing. Corn cooked perfectly. Good mini potato as well. Not watered down butter sauce like other seafood boils ! Can actually see and taste the garlic ! The only thing is I know I ordered a half pound but it was only about 7 shrimps which was disappointing other than that it was great

The Lobster Tail Basket was tasty and delicious, very flaky and NOT salty.. will order again The Lobster Bisque had big chunks of Lobster. Very well seasoned. Not salty. Delicious !!*****

Im pregnant, I was craving hook & reel and despite it being almost 50 minutes away they did everything they was supposed to do! The food was SO GOOD! They even threw in extra corn and potatoes. The larger potatoes were alittle harder than the smaller ones but I usually never have a problem. 10000% satisfied for me and my baby!!

Caesar salad was fresh and delicious, but the requested ranch dressing was not included. I got extra tartar sauce instead. The flounder was too salty. Would order salad again not the flounder with Cajun fries.
